Meet the Founder
I’m Joanna Vassi — a strategist with a background in global business and marketing, and hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating businesses across multiple industries.
I earned my degree in Global Business with a concentration in Marketing from Fordham University, and since then, I’ve worked directly inside real businesses — not just advising from the outside.
My experience comes from working inside businesses and wearing every critical role — from strategy and marketing to operations, finance, and leadership — not advising from the sidelines.
I’ve built brands from the ground up, scaled digital platforms, navigated ecommerce and retail, launched products, grown audiences, executed marketing campaigns, and handled the behind-the-scenes realities most consultants never touch.
My work bridges strategy and execution — because the best ideas only matter if they work in the real world.
